As the President of Maple Reinders Group (www.maple.ca), a family and employee owned construction company focusing on buildings and environmental facilities, Mike leads the senior management team responsible for projects from coast to coast in Canada with contract volumes of $400 million and more than 400 employees. The company has been named as one the Best Employers in Canada and Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Mike has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He is a board member of the Ontario General Contractors Association and the Canadian Construction Association.

Mike Reinders and his family are longtime residents of Oakville. Married to Colleen, they have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Mike has served on the council of ClearView Church where he attends, has been a board member at John Knox Christian School and Kings Christian Collegiate and is part of an Oakville Leader Impact Group.

As a Christian, Mike will speak about his experiences and how he tries to live out his faith in all of his activities, while balancing his commitments to family, church, work and leisure.
