Jeff Neven is the CEO of Indwell, one of Ontario’s largest and fastest growing supportive housing charities that creates affordable housing communities for people seeking health, wellness, and belonging.

He is deeply committed to solving the housing crisis and homelessness prevention. In addition, Jeff is involved in community development, active transportation, his local church, and promoting recreational and employment opportunities for remote indigenous youth.

Under Jeff’s leadership, Indwell has grown from a small organization of just three staff supporting five tenants, to an organization of over 350 staff, providing housing and support to over 1300 tenants.

Jeff earned a Master of Social Work degree in Community, Policy, Planning, and Organizations from Wilfrid Laurier University and has been a Registered Social Worker for over 20 years. He has founded and continues to provide leadership to several non-profits and charities, including three non-profit bike shops in three different nations. Jeff has been cited in hundreds of news articles and is a regular speaker at National and Provincial conferences. In recognition of his exceptional contributions, he was honored with the “40 Under 40” Next Generation of Hamilton Leaders Award in 2017.
